Each state received a cheque of N50 million from Governor Akinwunmi
Ambode on Wednesday, October 21, 2015, at the Council Chambers of the
Presidential Villa, Abuja, after the Council of State meeting.
The
three states have been the worst affected by the Boko Haram insurgency
which has left thousands dead and several others homeless.
