See what dismissed Brigadier General Ransom-Kuti stands to loose

The Nigerian army while confirming the dismissal of Ransome-Kuti said the first count charge on “cowardly behaviour” against the general was struck out.

The army spokesperson Sani Usman had said that Ransome-Kuti was however found guilty on charge two – failure to perform military duties and was further dismissed from the Nigerian army.

Usman added that the general was also found guilty of charge number 3, miscellaneous offenses relating to service property which bagged him six months imprisonment.
The general was dismissed and and jailed for six months by an army court martial for offenses he committed during the was against Boko Haram in Baga, a populous market community in Borno state.

The dismissed general would not be entitled to a gratuity or pension from the Nigerian army, he is  not permitted to use his rank ever again and the over over 30 years of service in the military was all wasted.
