Dash's DJ Skee broke the news on-air after getting word on the collaboration from sources close to the couple, adding that the album is set to be released in late 2014 or early 2015.

Facebook, Google Plus, and other social networks allow you to interact with potential clients. You can also find your next job, shop, sell, buy, auction and exchange just about anything you can think of.

No matter your reason for using social media, make sure you choose your main networks wisely.

Choose one or two social networks that allow for the greatest exposure and then use them daily. We all know time is money. There’s no sense in starting something if you’re not going to consistently stick around.

  2. Define Your Target Market

Do you know who your target audience is? Have you identified your specific area of expertise?

Don’t try to cater to everyone by being all things to all people. If you want to reach the right audience, your content should be hyper-specific. Write your posts and speak directly to their wants, needs and desires.

  3. Share Appealing Content

Sharing content in an appealing way is tougher than it seems. How often have you stumbled on a post or tweet that left you shaking your head at an opportunity lost?

Share interesting, relevant and insightful content and share it often. This is the single best way to establish your expertise and credibility.

You have knowledge others need. Give it away freely!

One Tweet No Brand Hopes To Ever Have To Tweet...

(USA) DiGiorno Pizza has become one of the top brands on Twitter thanks to its quick wit and good ear for real-time conversations, but one careless tweet, put that reputation at risk.

After a video of Ray Rice punching his then-fiancee Janay Palmer led to his termination from the Baltimore Ravens on Monday, thousands of women took to Twitter to discuss their physically and emotionally tortuous experiences in abusive relationships. 

They used the #WhyIStayed hashtag to fight the victim-blaming attitude of Palmer's critics, who had questioned why she would marry a man who knocked her unconscious.

Jumping onto the popular hashtag, DiGiorno clearly didn't look into its context before tweeting, "#whyistayed: You had pizza."

Of course, the backlash was brutal. And DiGiorno Pizza had to apologize over and over again. They did their best to respond to every angry tweet and one must commend their social team for taking the high and difficult road.

 Each response has been personalized and is clearly sincere, which is a nice reprieve from the usual copy-and-paste approach to dealing with bad PR in social.

A clear lesson to everyone: KNOW WHAT THE HASHTAG IS ABOUT BEFORE YOU USE IT.

LASG: PRESS STATEMENT ON THE RESUMPTION OF ALL NURSERY, PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN LAGOS STATE.

1. Concerning the resumption of all public and private nursery, primary and secondary schools for the 2014/2015 session, Lagos State Government supports the September 22, 2014 date, which was announced by the Federal Government after a national consultation on efforts to contain the Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) in Nigeria.

2. Although this resumption date is advisory, as education is a concurrent matter to be regulated by the respective Federal and States Authorities, Lagos State Government considers it eminently justifiable, in view of the fact that there is currently no known carrier of EVD in our State at the moment. Furthermore, the last individual suspected to have been exposed to the virus will be discharged from observation on September 18, 2014, if he tests negative for the virus. All public and private educational institutions in the State are therefore directed to schedule their resumption accordingly.

3. Considering the current situation report, it is clear that the risk of infection with EVD in Lagos State has been significantly reduced. Health professionals working on the outbreak are also in agreement that there is no reason why schools should remain closed beyond the 22nd of September, 2014.

Online Marketers! This is How Not To SPam On Twitter

This is one of the spam moves that's in Twitter's crosshairs, and anyone with an account has likely been a target: A spammer throws in a link to a product along with a mention of your user name, which prompts you to read the tweet, since we're all plugged into our Mentions like Pavlov's dog. A business that seeks to address particular power users with a promotion may consider doing this. But if you really want to tell someone about a promotion who has previously demonstrated that they're into your product, send them a direct message instead.

Don't Tweet All Deals and Promotions Relentlessly
 
It's easy to wear out Twitter followers by tweeting every single sale, promotion, or product that you offer. While you obviously have to do some of this, limit yourself to a few promotional tweets per day, and use the rest of your feed to interact with customers. Retweeting articles and blog posts that are relevant to your industry and responding to customer inquiries will put you in the sweet spot.
