Principles & Applications of GIS and Remote Sensing in LAGOS

This course teaches the fundamental concepts and functions of a GIS and remote sensing, Geo-database creation and management, spatial interpolation, surface modelling, image interpretation, image classification techniques, and change detection. In course exercises, you will develop basic software skills by working with ArcGIS and IDRISI tools to carry out spatial analysis, cartographic embellishment and Geospatial data management.
